Permits & Licenses
GRTA requires an application for the following requests on agency property:
- Encroachments
- Licenses
- Easements
- Leases
- Right-of-entry permits
- Special event permits
Instructions
Please read and follow the permit instructions to ensure submittal of a complete permit application package.
All requests for encroachments must be submitted on the GRTA standard application form with required supporting documentation and an initial application fee. Additional fees may be required, depending on the type of encroachment and completeness of application.
