Permits & Licenses
GRTA requires the electronic submission of an Encroachment Permit Application for access to and/or use of our property. Upon receipt of your application, GRTA will send you an invoice for the $1,000 non-refundable application charge. Once received, we will process your application. Depending on the requested use and duration, a subsequent license or lease agreement and additional charges may be required, subject to the current Schedule of Real Property Rates and Charges.
